Royal Blue Open Hearts on a Silk Christmas Tree Skirt

Give this silk Christmas tree skirt to the loving and giving person your life. Combining two things you almost never see at Christmas: royal and navy blue decorations and hearts. Royal/Navy Blue as a color scheme is hard to do well and hearts are seldom seen at Christmas time but truly appropriate for this season of giving. The appliques combine predominantly royal blue sequins bordered with navy blue bugle bead and royal blue and purple micro beads. It has more royal blue than navy blue decorations.

This silk Christmas tree skirt is complete and no more decorations will be added. However, the Design Elements in this skirt are available with different fabrics and flourishes.

The diamond stitch pattern on 100% silk taffeta is from a high end fabric mill in Italy. The lined skirt is heavy weight and feels good in your hands. The elegant, decorator quality upholstery weight light beige taffeta silk fabric has a gold sheen that will blend easily with any home or holiday decor. Computer monitors display colors differently, and the true color of the skirt and its' decorations are hard to capture on camera. The fabric color is close to OAC779 on the Online Auction Color Chart.

One piece construction, machine and hand-stitched, Christmas tree skirt is lined, sequined and beaded decorations permanently applied. The neutral toned twisted rope trim and matching silky (not silk) frog closure on the back at the stand up neck enhance the design.
